1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Revelytics platform ("Service"), operated by Revelytics ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Revelytics is an AI-powered sales coaching platform that provides real-time call analysis, transcription, objection detection, script management, and training tools designed to improve sales team performance.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription and Billing

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Billing is handled through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are subject to our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
• Upload malicious content.
• Impersonate others.
• Use the Service to record calls without proper consent from all parties as required by applicable law.

6. Call Recording and Transcription

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding call recording, including obtaining consent from all parties where required. The Service provides tools to assist with compliance but does not guarantee legal compliance. You should consult legal counsel regarding recording laws in your jurisdiction.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate coaching suggestions, scripts, objection handling strategies, and analysis. AI-generated content is provided as guidance only and should not be relied upon as legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Revelytics and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data, scripts, and content uploaded to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your data as needed to provide the Service.

We may also use anonymised and aggregated data derived from your use of the Service — including scripts, content, objection logs, and performance metrics — to improve and develop the Revelytics platform. No data used for this purpose will be identifiable to you, your company, or any individual within your organisation.

We may benchmark anonymised content and usage patterns across customers to generate product insights and improve service quality. Individual customer data will never be shared with or made visible to other customers.

Where your data is used to train or improve AI models that power the Service, this will be done using anonymised data only. You may opt out of your data being used for AI training purposes on the website.

Upon termination of your account, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for any retrieval requests, after which it will be permanently deleted from our systems. Any anonymised or aggregated derivatives of your data that cannot be attributed to you may be retained indefinitely.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for the duration of your subscription. Upon account termination, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. You may request data export or deletion at any time by contacting support.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revelytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
