• Integration Data: Data received from connected third-party services (GoHighLevel, Fathom, etc.) that you authorize.
• Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

4. AI Processing

Our Service uses artificial intelligence (powered by OpenAI) to analyze calls, generate coaching suggestions, create training personas, and provide performance insights. Call transcriptions and business context data are sent to AI models for processing. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models. AI-generated outputs are stored within your organization’s account.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service Providers: Trusted third parties that help us operate the Service (e.g., Stripe for payments, OpenAI for AI processing, ElevenLabs for transcription).
• Your Organization: Data within your organization is accessible to administrators and managers based on role permissions.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), secure session management, role-based access controls, and HMAC signature verification for webhook integrations. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

We retain your personal data and call data for the duration of your active subscription. After account termination, data is deleted within 90 days unless retention is required by law. You may request earlier deletion by contacting support.
